Kara is a Toddler Mom Parenting Coach and author. She helps parents with toddlers who are struggle with tantrums, potty training, or getting their toddler to listen. She understands how hard it is being a parent and how challenging it can be to break old generational parenting patterns and form new ones. Through her own struggles as a parent she has found a life of peace and gentle parenting and has given her the ability to break old habits such as yelling and punishing and become a more calm, connected and patient parent.
